Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga

Araki Koman teaches Kundalini Global, a radically new form of Kundalini yoga, which is perfectly fitted for the 21st century.

Kundalini Global is rooted in ancient esoteric traditions while bringing the latest scientific findings to help us move forward in more grounded, present and embodied ways. It is singular as it is free from cult of thought and dogma, inclusive of all humans no matter their spiritual & religious beliefs, body types, gender, ethnicity, abilities, while radically embracing the divine feminine nature of the Kundalini, as an energy and as a yoga practice.

Initially practiced by ascetics as a way to escape from the suffering of the human condition, Yoga is now widely embraced for its ability to deal with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, negative history and physical responses to trauma in the body. Using the most potent practices of the ancient technology of Kundalini Yoga, Kundalini Global works with the nervous system to create a sense of balance within the self, and empower the journey forward in the quantum fields of right here, right now.

Araki’s classes are designed as a journey towards self-reclamation and remembrance of our innate Nature. Through a thoughtful music curation and ample space and time to experience softness and stillness in between pranayama and postures, she invites us to sharpen our senses and notice the subtle within and around us.

Let’s softly play with the Kundalini and lift the veil of distractions, polarities and fear obstructing our vision.

Classes are available weekly online (Zoom) and in person at Intā. Araki also includes Kundalini practices as part of her creative workshops and offer the opportunity to go deeper during full day Kundalini retreats.
