Kundalini Yoga with Araki

Kundalini Yoga with Araki

Araki Koman teaches Kundalini Yoga as a sensory, spacious return to the self. A practice rooted in breath, presence, and the quiet intelligence of the body.

With a deep sensitivity to sound and silence, Araki weaves her classes like a journey. Music is chosen with precision — atmospheric, global, layered — to support each client in dropping deeper into their inner world. She teaches in English, her voice shaped by a French accent, offering spacious guidance without excess. Stillness is part of the rhythm. So is trust.

Her work is rooted in integrity, simplicity, and a wide field of knowledge gathered across disciplines, cultures, and lived experience. Born in France to Guinean and Malian parents, Araki grew up with a Muslim heritage in a secular household, free to explore spirituality through many lenses. She has lived in ten countries and travelled through many more, drawn from a young age to the wisdom carried by different peoples, landscapes, and traditions. This borderless gaze lives at the heart of her teaching.

Trained in Kundalini Global (a contemporary, inclusive approach to Kundalini Yoga), Araki guides a practice that integrates breath, posture, and stillness with deep awareness of the nervous system, emotional regulation, and subtle states of consciousness. It is free from cult of thought and dogma, inclusive of all humans no matter their spiritual & religious beliefs, body types, gender, ethnicity & abilities.

Her classes are not about transcendence, but about returning to the wisdom of the wild body. To the quiet, untamed intelligence that has always lived beneath the surface.
