Come and experience the magic of breathwork!
In these sessions we will go on an inner journey through simple yet effective technique often referred to as “connected breathing”. We start with some grounding exercises and close our circle with some sharings and tea.
Circular connected breathing is an ancient, safe method to release obsolete thoughts, stuck feelings and break toxic patterns. This can lead to deep insights and physical releases. Breathwork is a healthy, safe and self-induced method for inner explorations.
During this 2 hour session we will create a safe and grounded container for deep inner work with maximum 6 participants. No prior experience or knowledge is required, new and experienced “breathers” are welcome. Come as you are, all feelings are welcome.

Wear comfortable clothes, avoid heavy meals prior to the session (empty stomach is ideal), we provide a basic yogamat and blanket, feel free to bring your own comfort items. Bring your curiosity and let your breath work!
Contraindications for breathwork: Asthma, epilepsy, pregnancy, cardiovascular diseases and high blood pressure, diabetes. Breathwork is not suited if you are suffering from severe mental disturbances. If in doubt, contact us.
