Join Araki, each Monday evening and Friday morning at Intā for a 75-min Kundalini Global Yoga class in a cosy and nurturing space.
Guided by Araki Koman, whose practice is shaped by a deep love for nuance and by a life lived across continents, cultures, and spiritual traditions. Her classes invite quiet honesty and carry a subtle, spacious rhythm that honours both the scientific and the sacred.
Monday is Moon Day, a time to soften, listen, and begin again. This class offers a space to slow down after the day, reconnect with your rhythm, and enter the week with presence.
Friday is Venus Day, a moment to return to beauty, softness, and embodied connection. This class is a gentle descent into the weekend: a time to breathe, release, and realign.
Taught through the inclusive lens of Kundalini Global, the session weaves breath, body locks, posture, curated global soundscapes, and stillness. It supports nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and a return to the inner voice.
Each month, we’ll be exploring a different theme. While pranayama and warmups will vary, each class throughout this month will follow the repetitive rhythm of the same series of Kundalini postures. This slower and deeper exploration allows the practice to settle deeper into the system, offering space for integration and personal transformation to unfold.

- Mondays: Doors open at 19:45, class from 20:00 - 21:30
- Fridays: Class from 10:30 - 11:45
You’re welcome to arrive a few minutes early to land softly before we begin.
